Lost my FWB after 17 years.....

I'm heartbroken. Looooooong story short, we were both married when we started, me with an ill wife who couldn't have anyone touch her, not even our . N had a drinking husband that beat her. We found each other & clicked in every way, sex was incredible until the very last! We both had small & wanted them to have a two-parent family so things were great for thirteen years then her didn't go to college but mine did & I wasn't going to leave until mine graduated. In the meantime, N left her husband & we were fine for three years then my youngest sons senior year she wanted me to leave, I didn't & she left..... we planned to finish our lives together, it was all that kept me going & now I'm crushed! I'm so lost & all this Social distancing time just gives me waaaaaay to much time to think. Anyone else been there? What did you do?
