 the lecture reminded me of what it was like to have a president who was articulate and learned. it made me yearn for those days. not of perfection, not always easy but hopeful and where leadership was in the hands of someone i could trust and who made me proud to claim him as my president.

 I was proud of Carter, the 1st Prez I voted for that got elected. But we as a nation were not ready for his honesty ! And he was not ready for our entrenched bureacacy's deciet ! We did not deserve a man such as he was !

As I've pointed out for YEARS--I ain't no R or D. I ain't never voted and I never will. I'm just glad the freakin' peeps came to their senses and dumped that brain-dead Hill-Billary in order to put ANYONE in the WH who is willing to kick the shit outta the Commies (Marxist/socialists, if you will.)

Flip-The-Seat-Red-Cortez; "Reservationless Pocahontas"; Pull-my-leg-osi--??? I love you, dearly, Oui--but... ?

The only real-world problem with Communism (Marxism/socialism, if you will) is, sooner or later ya run out of other people's money--or other people's blood, as in the case of Stalin, Mao, Castro, et al .

 Kind of amazed at how relatively even handed the response has been to your comment. Not as amazed as I am at the crap I see on Facebook from both my liberal and conservative friends. Have to admit, the person that said she voted for Carter was a surprise. Though I did as well. Twice.
