 this was taken in a commercial kitchen. i was told the wording was a state legal term.

 true it should be thrown out if its hazardous but if foods are hazardous to our health then we should throw out all commercially made foods..man made foods are linked to so many health problems..especially flour based products..breads , rolls ,cookies , cakes etc ..flour itself today is hazardous and should not even be a milled product if its to be infused with additives..heart disease , adhd in kids, fibro myalgia , Dimentia...all have been linked to what is in bread products made with milled flour ..read an article called " Wheat Belly " and it w will open yr eyes to what goes into our flour made products especially the whole grains that's supposed to be so good for us..lol
