Yes, I like Fall/Autumn. I envy you your location, as you get to see the great changes of colors (which I experienced when I lived on Long Island)--we don't get the same colors and changes here.

I love fall - especially those years when the summer heat has been extreme. This summer has been fairly comfortable so I don't mind if it wants to hang around a bit longer. Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

Are you a fan of this time of year? Yes. Do you look forward to Autumn? Yes. Also the start of Libra season. [image]

My season preferences based on weather: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter My favorite day of the week is half-nekkid Wednesday, followed by all the fully clothed days  Thanks for the pre-seasonal curves!

I live in a area that has four season...I like them all equally ,,, but that late afternoon golden sun glow in the late fall is so awesome to behold... the leaves are turning here too...some maples are already showing the colors..reds, dark reds, some golds and the ash tree that I take care of is showing it's yellows. Have a fun week.

I'm a summer person. I don't mind Autumn until it get cold enough for women to start covering up too much, But there is the opportunity to cuddle up to keep warm.

Living in New England. I have to chime in under the "love Fall" column. That's not an opinion that I came to quickly. I've spent decades in different climates so I do have some idea what each one means. After almost two decades in Florida (two glorious decades) I found a yearning for the complete year. I now know that I appreciate each of the four seasons, each for their special touch. Living through the Hot Summer, Crisp Fall, Biting Winter and Fresh Spring sets a rhythm that means a passing of years. That's the part that makes my whole. So, I guess the question for me is " What's great about Fall?". I enjoy the change in the air. As the temperature drops there is a maturity to the breeze. The growing season is done and it is time to renew the soils for next year. Leaves will fall, the die-back in the fields, the slow rot as unharvested vegetables return to the soil,and folks ask each other, "How was your Summer?". And the colors. The show changes every year. Soft brown, yellow, auburn, gold, crimson and the steadfast green of the firs. Not just the colors you drive by but the colors that you watch change. On a single hillside you can notice the slight paling of the canopies, then you realize that you missed the start that happened last week. Then you see one tree dive into crimson over the weekend. The hillside is a constant muddle of a slow motion paint spill. And then there are all the social changes. Football returns, holidays, snuggling.... I do like Fall.

I don't much like Autumn here....I know the colours are glorious but it means Winter is on the way which is cold and miserable. Spting is my favouote time of year.  ~~Anais Nin~~

I prefer the cooler climate of Autumn. I do miss the warmth of a natural coal fire though. A real snuggle magnet

Fall (or Autumn as it is here) is so beautiful with all the leaves turning to shades of red and orange. And it also means that baseball is almost over and football has started up again. Go Raiders - week one winners.
